An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. No plastic card — you install a data plan with one tap or by scanning a QR code.
After purchase, tap Install on the eSIM screen (iOS 17.4+ / Android 10+), or scan the QR code from another device. You can also enter the activation code manually in Settings.
Most phones from 2019+ support eSIM (iPhone XS+, Pixel 3+, Samsung S20+). Check: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM. The phone must be carrier-unlocked.
Depending on the plan: on installation, or on first connection to a supported network in the destination country. The plan card shows which.
Enable data roaming for the eSIM line, select the eSIM as your mobile-data line, and restart the phone. Make sure you are in a country covered by the plan.
Check the remaining data on the eSIM screen — a depleted plan drops to zero or throttled speed. Try switching the network mode to Auto/5G, or select an operator manually.
Pull to refresh the eSIM screen. Top-ups apply within a few minutes; the balance updates after the provider confirms it. Contact support if it takes longer than 15 minutes.
If we cannot deliver your eSIM after payment, the charge is refunded to your card automatically. Used or activated plans are non-refundable.
